PROTEIN BALL INGREDIENTS
The best way to measure out your ingredients for the protein balls is to use measuring cups as these can be used to scoop out the ingredients from your jars and containers. I have kept it pretty simple here with the quantities and have gone with using mostly either 1 Cup or 1/3 Cup, yet this seemed to balance out quite well and was very tasty.
- 1 Cup Cashew nuts
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- A pinch Sea Salt
- 1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1/3 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/3 Cup Hemp Seeds
- 1/3 Cup Raw Cacao Powder
- 4 Pitted Medjool Dates
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Scoop Plant based Protein Powder
- Water
The method is really simple to make protein balls. You just combine all your ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until the ingredients are combined. You may need to slowly add in more water, 1 Tbsp at a time. This will help to blend the mixture and make it easier to roll into balls and stick together.
