Ingredients:
- 2 cups fully cooked diced turkey breast
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup diced apple we used green apples
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans roasted
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice optional
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar optional
- 1 – 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Combine the mayonnaise or yogurt, lemon juice, sugar and vinegar in a large bowl. Mix well

Add the turkey, cranberries, apple and pecans.

Mix well and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow flavors time to blend.

Serve as it is, or try serving it on top of a bed of greens.
